If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. 

Process of refund: 

         You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Terms of return: 30  days from the date of purchase.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. 
• Replacement credit equal to original purchase. 

Lost or damaged returns Shall be replaced with product equal to if identical replacement isn't available.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

 Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email Send all items back to us using the label provided.

         Add: Return in the subject line.

         Include reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: 

• Discounted items and items on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Membership Fees
• Drop In Workshop Fees
• Drop shipped Items from outside suppliers

Limited Refund Policy:

       1:1 Consulting Appointment Fees 

• Refund is scaled - 
• Day of cancellation (25% service charge) 
• 24 hr advance ($10 Service Fee) 
• 72 hr advance - (100% refund)
